Sanasi d’Arpe law firm has obtained a favorable sentence before the Bari Court of Appeal in the context of the dispute concerning the revocation, pursuant to art. 67, paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, lett. b), Bankruptcy Law., of bank remittances made to the current account held by the Cooperative at the Monopoli branch of Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. bank.
La Corte, a conferma della sentenza emessa dal Giudice di prime cure, accogliendo le argomentazioni proposte della difesa della Soc. coop. Medusa a r.l., ha rigettato l’appello e condannato gli appellanti al pagamento delle spese legali.
